Receptionist (cum Client Services Assistant)
Mô tả công việc
1. Manage the front reception desk.
2. Perform general administrative and marketing duties.
3. Answer incoming calls, take and deliver messages.
4. Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and correspondences.
5. Meet and greet guests, respond to inquiries.
6. Introduce LevelOne SAIGON’s services and products to clients; Establish and maintain the relationship with clients; Handle all demands; requests from clients.
7. Assist with Client leasing contracts, Client information database, Office documentation; In charge of office inventories, office hand-over.
8. Manage meeting booking and meeting facilities.
9. Contact suppliers for quotation, maintenance, etc.
10. Perform other duties and services as assigned by Senior Management.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
2. Great personality with strong energy.
3. Good organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills.
4. Good at computer/office skills.
5. Dynamic, active and hard-working;
6. Good looking is preferable.
