1. Recruitment and Manage staffs’ information:
• Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements and developing job descriptions and specifications
• Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
• Conduct interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
• Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
• Manage onboarding and new hire process
• Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
• Provide recruitment reports to managers
2. Training task:
• Perform orientation training for new staffs
• Conduct weekly/monthly internal employee training programs
3. Admin task:
• Manage expat’s documents: Be in charge of management of foreign labor records and related procedures: issuing VISA, Work Permit, Temporary residence card ...
• Follow and renew the property insurance contracts of shops, trucks, buses
Manage the fire protection files at Bac Ninh office
• Submit the monthly reports for manager; Hanoi authority for planning and investment, Hanoi Industrial and trade portal, Bac Ninh Industrial Zone
4. Other tasks as required by HR Manager.

- Bachelor’s degree, have at least 1 years of relevant working experience
- Responsible, initiative, hard-working, careful
- Good command of English and computers skills
