+ Organization of recruitment activities:
- Research to diversify recruitment channels to enhance the effectiveness of store recruitment.
- Participate in the planning of human resources needs to meet the development speed of the company.
- Develop a plan to attract applicants to deploy and evaluate effective and quick sources of information
- Proposals to improve the recruitment process and methods to optimize recruitment and costs
- Timely give advices or support team members to solve problems
+ Recruitment plan:
- Execute the recruitment and selection process in the area assigned (Office Staff to Manager level & new projects).
- Monitor and control worker recruitment process
- Ensure the quality of people being recruited to meet the company’s standards.
- Suggest recruitment direction to attract the best candidates.
- Review, evaluate and recommend sources of candidates.
- Review and advice new employee orientation programs.
- Jointly contribute to the development and implementation of the Company strategic work culture and values.
- Solve issues arisen related to recruitment
- Other works as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate, major in HR or relevant field
- Having at least 2 years working experience in Mass/ Non- Mass recruitment
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
- Human Relation Skills (Internal/External).\
- Good English.
