JOB SCOPE:
Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment process in its entirety. This includes designing and modifying recruiting procedures, recording recruiting metrics, supervising the recruiting team and monitoring the recruiting team’s performance. Their goal is always to make recruitment process as efficient and effective as possible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
• Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters and job sites
• Builds applicant sources by various methods to attract candidates including researching and contacting community services, colleges, recruiters, social media, and internet sites; providing the Company profile, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Selects and recommends potential applicants to the Dept. Heads and evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with senior managers/ Dept. Heads;
• Works closely with all Dept. Head and HR Manager for recruitment requirements, plans and budget the recruitment cost.
• Participate in job fairs and career events
• Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
• Manages intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions and coaching interns
• Updates and maintains a systematic applicant data with highlighted qualified/senior applicants. Updates all candidate records though the application process
• Producing ad hoc reports for management meetings

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruiting for a medium sized, international organization
• Knowledge and experience of direct sourcing using LinkedIn, other social networking tools, a proven track record of using social media to attract talent is essential.
• Experience interviewing and assessing candidates up to Executive level
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to deal with very complex hiring processes and follow them through to closure
• Be an outstanding communicator, with a strong capability to engage others
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated is key
