Role:
As a Recruitment & Sourcing specialist you will develop, implement and execute effective talent acquisition programs, processes and solutions that will attract the right talent to the business. You will work hand in hand regularly with hiring managers, business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, set sourcing strategy and identify potential gaps in the process and solves for all issues evolving during the hiring process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manages the overall Sourcing & Talent acquisition process (advertising, sourcing, interviewing, recommendation), negotiates competitive offers and designs local onboarding programs
- Advises hiring manager with a consultative approach
- Monitors and reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
- Partners with the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager on the design, development and maintenance of the recruiting process (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, reporting and taking proper actions to close gaps).
- Develops new and innovating sourcing pipelines; partners with other stakeholders like universities and peer companies to increase candidate flow.
- Explores the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implements appropriate best practices

Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience; including experience in a corporate recruiting role or in an agency/search firm role
- Must have International Sourcing & Recruitment experience in the APAC Regions.
- Excellent written & verbal communication, relationship building, multi-tasking, organizational, presentation, collaboration, follow-up, and negotiating skills
- A proven ability to pipeline talent along with an in-depth knowledge of creative sourcing techniques to uncover active/passive candidates
- Ability to handle client based accounts and technology including an Applicant Tracking System, HR People Management System, Job portals and LinkedIn
- Recruiter functionality required PS
- Immediate Joiners are preferred
