Work location: Hà Nam
Number of vacancy: 01

· Support the overall staffing and recruiting process for Company
· Support the Organization & Staffing Manager, Human Resources Managers and Hiring Managers on all staffing related issues
· Oversee the development of qualified active and passive candidate pipelines
· Develop and implement recruiting solutions, and proactively identify and facilitate ongoing operational efficiencies
· Assist in the maintenance of strong working relationships with outside vendors and professional organizations on recruitment and resource management projects
· Assist in the development of staffing related metrics
· Ensure that all staffing efforts are in accordance with Company requirement

Yêu cầu công việc

· Bachelor in English or business (HR Degrees related preferred)
· At least 1 additional year of experience in a Human Resources support role including operational recruiting
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
· Ability to work in a large, matrixed, multinational organization
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong oral and written English communication skills, having Japanese Skills is an advantages (N3)
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
