• Preparing plans for job posting and interviews.
• Finding sources of internal and external candidates to complete the recruitment plan.
• Building relationships with the Hospitality industry and related units to promote the company brand to potential candidates.
• Deal to candidates about salaries and benefits after the application has been approved by the BOD
• Instructing candidates to do the procedures before taking a job, including: health examination, additional employee records, opening ATM cards….
• Coordinate with C&B and administration to prepare everything you need before you go to work. Make sure everything is fully prepared before the employee receives the job.
• Meeting the candidate directly on the first day to guide and introduce the Department.
• Make announcements for new employees to send to the Board of Directors and BP once a month about new employees in the month
• Coordinate with Training Staff to organize "Orientation" for employees on the first 3 days of receiving jobs.
• Update the interview status of all candidates in the tracker to monitor and inform the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduating from college or higher.
• 2 years of recruitment experience in Hospitality and Shopping mall and 1 year of supervising is preferred.
• Negotiation skills.
• Good at written and spoken in English.
• Working under pressure.
