Retail Supervisor

1. Overall: Oversee the work of retail staff in a store environment. In charge of monitoring employee activity, coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise, solving problems at a day-to-day level and assisting customers.

2. Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a store, from the shelving of merchandise to customer satisfaction
• Identity customer enquiries and complaints and make recommendations for corrective solutions to meet their needs and expectations
• Preparing sales and inventories reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Execute all store activities and operations with respect to SOPs and standards
• Achieve sales target within set timeframes
• Manage purchase orders to ensure stock are sufficient
• Hire, train, counsel, discipline and promote retail staff as they see fit
