A. JOB DIMENSIONS:
Direct reports to: Regional PPM Supervisor
Key contacts:
- Internal:Sales team, commercial operation team;
- External : Wholesalers/ Distributors
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reporting and Database Management:
- Deliver weekly reports of Volume, Distribution and Contracts for Sales Team to keep track performance progress.
- Deliver weekly report of Inventory, Volume, and Distribution for Sales Team.
- Deliver weekly tracking reports of payment process and contract signing process for Sales Team.
- Deliver weekly report to alert Sales Team on contract performance and contract status so that they can take action accordingly.
- Maintain database of contracts and annexes.
2. Payment Processing:
- Calculate the amount of payment based on contract terms and actual results of retailers.
- Inform Sales Team on documents needed from Sales Team’s side and follow-up with Sales Team to retrieve those documents.
- Prepare documents based on guideline and follow-up with payment process.
3. Contract Processing:
- Submit contract on I-Invest System based on data submitted from Sales Team, review the accuracy of the information.
- Collect hard documents from Sales Team to complete the contract files.
- Submit documents to related stakeholders for signature
- Follow up stakeholders to ensure the contracts are finished and sent back to Sales Team, meanwhile finishing the signing process on I-invest.
4. System Functioning:
- Create and Maintain Retailer Code, Wholesaler Code, SKU Code, M1 & M2 & M3 code on WCCS
- Coordinate with Commercial System Team to ensure WCCS run smoothly for IBD, WS and Sales Team with matters related to Region.
5. Documentation:
- Organize and Assort Hard Contract Files for further reference of Sales Team and PPM Team.
6. Ad-hoc:
- Other tasks required from Sales Team and PPM Team within Sales Admin’s Scope

1. Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
2. Industry Experiences
- Experience in a multi-national companies and FMCG environment is a plus
3. Position Experiences
- + 1 year experience in areas related to this job
4. Computer
- Proficient skills in MS Office, especially excel
5. Others requirement
- Integrity and Disciplined
- Hard working
- Proactive
