Department: Sales and Marketing

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

Reports to: General Sales Manager

Job Summary: As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in administrative tasks, order processing, customer service, and ensuring smooth sales operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with internal departments, and providing exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process sales orders received from customers accurately and efficiently.

- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and

professionally.

- Maintain customer databases and update customer information as needed.

- Prepare and distribute sales reports, including sales performance, order status, and inventory levels.

- Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.

- Coordinate with internal departments, such as finance and marketing, to ensure smooth sales operations.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure product availability.

- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Working at the new office in Hanoi (will discuss details during interview)

Yêu cầu công việc

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

- Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service.

- Knowledge of stationery and office supply products is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and Vietnamese is preferred.
