- Advising the company's products and services to potential customers
- Develop new customer in the health insurance segment and achieve the set sales target
- Manage existing customer network to maximize customer satisfaction with the company's products and services
- Quick in grasping the suitable needs of customers and handling related issues well
- Coordinate work with related departments to meet the needs of customers in the best way
- Report to Business Management Board and Other tasks when required
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University or College
- Experience in sales/ marketing is an advantage or equivalent position
- Experience in insurance/ banking/ finance services is an advantage
- Have good knowledge of the domestic insurance market
- Good english communication is an advantage, proficient in MS office, outlook express, web, v..v
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Dynamic, able to work independently and in a good team
- Friendly, reliable and able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel when the job requires
