Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for driving the sales, developing the business relationships, establishing and maintaining both sales and business development strategies to meet sales targets and implement the marketing activities.

- Key responsible for B2B, sub-distributors, shopping malls, life-style direct sales activities in the assigned region in order to achieve agreed Sales KPI as well as company business target.

- Increasing of sales figures, support Warehouse team in the North to maintain existing accounts and develop new accounts.

- Ensure all outlets operate in accordance to company’s expectation and meeting strategic objectives.

- To assist Brand Manager to develop and execute promotions activities, events.

- To provide after-sale service, and training… on request.

- Other tasks are assigned by Brand Manager related to jobs.

Yêu cầu công việc

- College/ Bachelor degree in business or related field.

- At least 2 years of Sales & Marketing experience preferable in Wine, Beverage & Glassware.

- Have ability and experience to search for and work with new potential customers.

- Strong business oriented, efficient with a market developer mindset.

- Ability to approach and convince the decision markets by listening to their expectations.

- Building and managing strong relationships with customers.

- Good communication skill, negotiation and presentation skills

- Good Vietnamese English communication skills.

- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

- Ability to work under pressure to achieve target

- Enthusiastic, dynamic, responsible, resourceful, teamwork, willing to learn and take challenges.

- Attention to detail.

- Strategic thinking

- Ready to travel.
