Sales Project Executive (Japanese Speaking)

- The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- To find new business opportunities and build partnership with new contacts
- To arrange meetings with customers to identify their needs to provide suitable solutions
- To handle selling activities ( Proposal / presentation, sent catalogue / sample to customer)
- To make new contract / follow PO / payment / Raise system
- To follow ETD/ETA , prepare CO/CQ, Packing List, Invoice before
- To manage and interpreter customer requirements, analysis project market information, BCI data
- To check market movement and analyze competitor
- To keep customer database updated
- To follow up monthly sales forecast and achieve sale targets
Yêu cầu công việc
- 1-2 years' related experience
- Electrical & Mechanical Engineering background will be plus
- Good communication skills with specifiers
- Independent attitude and motivated mindset
- Frequent travelling when required to visit customers
- Good writing and speaking English and Japanese ( N3 level up)
- Working Location: 117-119 Ly Chinh Thang, District 3, HCM
