Mô tả công việc

1. SENIOR ASSOCIATE (2 positions):

The Senior Associate shall assist Partners/ Lawyer to carry out professional legal works including:

- Reviewing agreements/ contracts, documents for Clients;

- Reviewing legal opinions/ advice / memo/ due diligence report of M&A transactions as requested by Clients;

- Communicating and attending meetings with Clients, state agencies and related parties to resolve cases and transactions;

- Managing, monitoring and guiding Junior Associates;

- Proactively assisting Partners/ Lawyers to handle licensing procedures, advisory works, M&A transactions, litigation cases at court or arbitration (commercial, contractual, labour, administrative disputes…).

2. ASSOCIATE (2 positions):

The Associate shall assist Partners/Lawyer to carry out professional legal works including:

- Updating legal documents related to consulting services of the firm;

- Researching, drafting, and reviewing contracts, documents for Clients;

- Researching, preparing legal opinions/advice /memo as requested by Clients;;

- Assisting Partners/Lawyers/Senior Associate to handle licensing procedures, M&A transactions, litigation cases at court or arbitration (commercial, contractual, labour, administrative disputes…).

Yêu cầu công việc

1. SENIOR ASSOCIATE:

- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law in Vietnam or overseas;

- Have completed Lawyer Professional Training Course, obtained practicing license and joined a bar association is preferable;

- Good command of written and spoken English;

- Knowledgeable on legal theory and wide practical experiences on the legal intricacies of Vietnam legal system

- Have at least 05 years or more of legal work experience in the areas of Business law, Labour, Taxation, Corporate and M&A, Litigation,…;

- Have a strong sense of responsibility, confident, morally upright, cautious and highly motivated;

- Able to work under a high-pressure environment, and having the ability to work independently and follow through on tasks until completed;

- Able to identify and understand client objectives and legal needs;

- Adequate skills in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

2. ASSOCIATE:

Job Requirement

- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law in Vietnam or overseas;

- Good command of written and spoken English;

- Have at least 02 years or more of legal work experience in the areas of Business law, Labour, Taxation, Corporate and M&A, Litigation,...;

- Able to work under a high-pressure environment, and having the ability to work independently;

- Adequate skills in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Hanoi Office: 10th Floor, Dao Duy Anh Tower, No. 9 Dao Duy Anh Street, Dong Da District, Ha Noi, Vietnam

- HCM City Office: 12th Floor, 40 Pham Ngoc Thach, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
