Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Facebook Ads)

- You will be in charge of running marketing campaigns on Facebook to achieve KPIs
- Plan, manage and execute paid media channels (mostly Facebook) and non-paid media channels (including but not limited to CRM, Email, Chat bot) to hit revenue targets;
- Ensure continual growth and performance improvements by testing and implementing new technologies and strategies based on data-driven insights and research;
- Optimize the customer experience journey across paid and non-paid media touch points from ad impression, click and all the way to purchase;
- Work closely with Creative and Product team to ensure insightful digital asset production;
- Contribute ideas to create impactful promotional schemes & campaigns on the internet.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/Female is less than 30 years old and graduated from college at least in Marketing, Business Administration or similar fields;
- 2-3 years working experience within digital marketing especially Facebook;
- Good English is must;
- Google Shopping experience is a PLUS;
- Marketing automation experience is another huge PLUS;
- Highly analytical and performance-driven mindset;
- Ambitious enough to build and grow your own Performance Team in the next very few months;
- Sense of humor is a big MUST cause we aim the working atmosphere WORD HARD & PLAY HARD.
