The Senior enrollment officer’s responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to, the following tasks:

Achieve sales target according to monthly, quarterly and annual sales planning and reflect on personal success/failure factors on a monthly basis
Evaluate buying behaviour, classification of clients and sales performance report
Proactively research about American Education industry and Vietnamese counseling players, maintain a up-to-date overall understanding about market competition
Involve in planning & organising Sales Marketing activities (both online & offline) to expand the market and generates new leads
Coordinate with academic team to deliver early consultation to prospective students & parents

Minimum 2 years experience in overseas study consultation (preferably the US, Canada, Newzealand and other English speaking countries)
Business, Economics and English degree holder graduated from top universities in Vietnam and/or oversea (preferably)
Goal-driven, self-confident and can-do attitude - ENTREPRENEUR MINDSET
A team-player SUPERSTAR and a smart PROBLEM-SOLVER
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passionate about helping and inspiring people
Committed in high standard of service quality and client satisfaction
Fluent in English
