Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
1/ Recruitment:
• Find suitable recruits for job vacancies, and advise on the most cost-effective way to recruit.
• Follow up all progress of newcomers until their end of probation period.
• Up to week recruitment requirement from Department Managers.
• Computerize all candidates’ data into personnel management system for ease of keeping track.
• Ensure that all new recruits have the complete and legitimate personal documents in accordance with the law and the Company policy.
• Make the periodical report on incoming, outgoing, transferring labour force of the Company.

2/ HR and Admin:
• Deploying BV Values and group HR policies & processes in BV Vietnam, in line with local laws and conventions.
• Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
• Developing long term HR strategic plan aligned with business direction and budget as well.
• Being as a leader to give direction for team to deliver on time and proper supports to all offices/branches nation-wide.
• Acting as ambassador for HR, influencing and supporting the business plans and keeping HR at the forefront of business decisions.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth operations covering all HR functions including:
- Compensation and Benefits;
- Talent Management and Succession Planning;
- Training and Development;
- Employee Relations and Disciplinary action;
- Compliance with Laws & Regulations;
• Promote and install a culture of people care including diversity, inclusion and wellness.
• Taking part or project lead on ad-hoc projects or duties.

Yêu cầu công việc

Candidate Profile
• At least 5 years experience in recruitment function
• Operated in a matrix / multi cultural environment.
• Good knowledge of VN Labor Code as well as other labor rules
• Good command in writing and speaking English

Technical and professional skills
• Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English
• Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
• Can work independently under pressure
• Pleasant but business like personality
• Good interpersonal, coordination and communication skills
• Initiative, person drive and enthusiasm combined with an ability to independently undertake tasks and project.
• Strong management, motivation and organization skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize a challenging workload
