• Process monthly payroll, including tax and social contribution and staff benefits preparation
• Recruitment activities and on-boarding process and practices
• Company employee communication relations
• Support group initiatives implementation
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline (preferably in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Management or equivalent)
• At least 3 years experiences in overall HR functions
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in payroll processing
• Good computer skills especially in MS office
• Pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal skills, positive work attitude and willing to learn
• English communication skill both verbal and writing is a must
• Team player, who values team work, has good team building skills and excellent communicate effectively with all levels of employees
