Senior Legal Associate
Mô tả công việc
• Provide legal advisory service and solutions to (mainly) foreign and Vietnamese clients, notably in various fields of licensing, corporate matter, labor matter, tax matter, dispute resolution, and trial court proceeding etc.
• Supervise, train and directly manage a team of junior colleagues to ensure projects are delivered in a timely and efficient manner;
• Conduct meetings/working sessions with Clients and other third parties as assigned by the Managing Partner;
• Brainstorm & propose advice/solution to legal issues arisen;
• Draft advices, opinions and contracts for client;
• On behalf of clients to deal with state authorities for work purpose
• Reviewing and translate main legal documents if required;
• Other tasks assigned by manager/board of management.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor Degree, majoring in Law - preferred to have completed the lawyer training course or the Lawyer Practicing license;
• Be a truthful and trustworthy person, especially about your own qualification and experience;
• Actually having practical experiences, if you do not have actual experiences for at least 65% of the work mentioned above, please do NOT apply as you will be interviewed by experienced lawyer;
• Recommended number of years of experience: 5 years in legal field, preferably at service company such as law, accounting, audit, consulting firm etc.
• Be smart, dedicated, professional and reliable;
• Be willing to learn and improve his/her own knowledge and practical application of the legal tool provided;
• Be tactful and discretion, for dealing with confidential information;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Good sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Be good at English (TOEIC800, IELTS 6.0 - no need for any certificate but these are generally realistic requirement for the work);
