Mô tả công việc
- Keep track of the Business Cooperation Contract (BCC) performance to advise the compliance with BCC and laws
- Update, provide necessary information for other departments and coordinate related departments to handle issues in BCC implementation
- Research and consult for departments and the management level of Company on the legal issues
- Prepare application for approval / certificate / licenses including enterprise registration certificate, investment certificate, trading license
- Assist in drafting and reviewing documents of the company in the dispute progress
- In charge of training for the new employees the general view of BCC
Yêu cầu công việc
- Solid knowledge of the Vietnam legal system especially Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Investment Law, Civil Code, Labor Code
- Obtain Bachelor of Laws degree or higher
- At least 5 years in relevant position preferable in multinational corporation and law firms
- Self-research ability, logical thinking and high sense of responsibility.
- Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skill;
- Intermediate in English and MS Office
