Role
Manage all recruitment activities in AsiaCollect (Executive hiring and Mass hiring) in order to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Main responsibilities
- Directly report Head of HR relative to Recruitment performance.
- Develop and run the full cycle of recruitment procedure to ensure about recruitment plan.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
- Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals.
- Work with line managers on recruiting planning meetings.
- Create job descriptions.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Collect data on cost-per-hire, time to hire, the impact of a continuous improvement process on cost savings, and the improvement of work processes in the time taken or steps involved.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven experience in Recruitment at least 3-5 years, strong experience in mass recruitment positions in Finance, Tele-sales would be a plus
- College/University degree in relevant field
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Fluent English.
- Experience in international companies would be an advantage.
- Work well with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
