  • Supervise service of guests

  • Organize the integration of new employees: visit of store, presentation of team, introduction of products, safety rules, AGM policies and creation of the tandem (with a most experimented colleague)
  • Identify development opportunities, encourage mobility in the store and beyond, depending on the opportunities and processes set up by the company

Yêu cầu công việc
  • University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, etc.
  • 8-10 years experienced in F&B, hospitality and at least 5 years experienced in organizing events, catering, foodcourt, etc.
  • Leadership, coaching and management skills development experience with a large and diverse team.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, presentation skills and influencing abilities.
  • May require to working extra hours, exceeding the normal work days in view of completion of work or meeting deadlines.
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving.
