- Analyzing market research trend, recommending proposal product type or strategy to superior
- Doing feasibility study and financial module for projects
- Preparing research reports and other reports for investment
- Helping in coordinating between departments
- Other tasks assigned by superior
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduate Bachelor of Economics filed in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or equivalent.
- Have at least 5 year experience of market research/analyst position in real estate field
- Skill of market research, analyst, problem-solving
- Well organized, can work with less instructions and under pressure.
- Good communication in English
