  • Build a talent pool for all the positions in the company.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including job posting platforms, social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs.
  • Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
  • Make a job offer to the candidate & negotiate when necessary.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
  • Support & follow up with the new hires for smooth onboarding.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Master's degree is a plus.Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related degree preferred.
  • 02 years of experience in Recruitment, IT recruiter is a plus.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Ability to attract, engage, and assess best-in-class talents in a highly competitive environment.
  • Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based systems (applicant tracking systems, etc.).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to priorities.
  • Willingness to learn and overcome daily challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong in communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
