Yêu cầu công việc
  • At least 10+ years experience in recruitment role . Preferably in an e-commerce, retail or tech companies ( IT background is plus )
  • MBA or Master degree, preferably foreign education with excellent English.
  • Strong analytical ability to gather and interpret information and develop, recommend, and implement solutions
  • Critical thinker; identifies and anticipates problems. Requires rapid and thorough independent decision making and creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to assess, manage, train, mentor, and develop talent
