ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
1. Develop POSM and Merchandising Concepts for multi-categories Environment
2. Source & plan implementation of POSM in the trade and ensure continuous improvements
3. Plan and analyze assortment for different channels and customer groups and propose activities
4. Develop and implement activation programs for different channels
5. Conduct Market, Consumers and Competitor Analysis and propose product pricing and positioning
6. Supervise and Train PGs in Hypermarkets
CORE COMPETENCIES required:
1. Visual Merchandising
2. Retail Marketing
3. POSM Design and Development
4. Consumer Understanding
5. Supervising Field Marketing Resources

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS include the following:
1. At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant position with a non-food FMCG or Retail company
2. Passion for Nonfood Products and creative talent
3. Sense of aesthetic product presentation and creativity
4. Experience to develop and source POSM
5. Ability to work independently and cross-functional (with Sales department).
6. Potential to be developed as a future Manager
