Service Trainer

- Be responsible for the operation training plan, implementation, effectiveness
- Identify current and future training needs related to behavioral trainings and competency-based trainings
- Design and deliver training programs to make sure the operation team can meet customer service standards as Maison’s commitment with principles
- Follow up training effectiveness through in-class evaluations, in-store checklists, in-store evaluations,…
- Establish, review, and recommend improvements in training policies and procedures.
Yêu cầu công việc
* Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate field in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Hospitality, Economy, or equivalent.
* Work Experience:
- At least 1 to 3 years in conducting Sales Training or Customer Service Training
* Functional skills:
- Current knowledge of effective training & development methods
- Vietnamese and English proficiency
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication and translation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
* Other skills:
- Proactive and open-minded. Service mindset
- Hands on and can-do attitude
- Passionate about continuous learning
- Work well under high pressure and deadline oriented.
- Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skill
- Travel required.
