Mô tả công việc
1) Following direction of General Manager.
2) Execution of decision of General Manager.
3) Manage staff affairs in compliance with local laws and regulations.
4) Administrative principle, practices and methods, including goal setting, program and budget development, work planning and organization.
5) Manage entire operation in a cost effective model.
6) Develop functional unit, operation / customer service / Sales & Marketing.
7) Develop relationship with business partners of warehouse / transportation / shipping line.
8) Develop business relationship with customers.
9) Develop business model in compliance with Head Office guidance.
10) Regular reporting.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Higher Diploma or above in logistics / business related field.
• At least 5 years solid experience in position of Operation Manager.
• Organized, responsible and good time management skill.
• Able to work independently and is a quick learner.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, detail-minded, able to work under pressure.
• Familiar with Indo-China or South East Asia is an essential.
• Familiar with MS Office including Excel, Access, Outlook, Word.
• Good command of both spoken & written English, Chinese is an optional.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good team player and positive personality.
• Immediate available preferred.
