  • Partner closely with the Hiring Managers to identify, build and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and brightest marketing, operations, sales, and IT talented heads.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for roles ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Demonstrate exceptional sourcing strategies and techniques to attract top talent.
  • Screen candidates and coordinate team interviews.
  • Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity while proactively sharing data-driven updates with key partners

  • 2+ years of fast-paced, high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Business acumen to confidently identify strong candidates.
  • Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Driven with a “get it done” attitude.
  • Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
