Mô tả công việc
  • Execute of the recruitment process including job posting, screening application forms from candidates (online, walk-in, head hunters, etc…), interviewing, regular communication with candidates and superior/hiring manager for junior-middle positions.
  • Act as Talent Acquisition Partner to engage and enable Business and Departments to achieve their objectives and goals
  • Directing strong talent pipelines (internal/external) and proactively source for passive candidates in the market Provide an engaging and stellar candidate experience for all our candidates
  • Network and build relationships with candidates to develop a strong talent pipeline for the business
  • Be in charge of new-hire process (issue offer letter for successful candidate, release internal new employment notice, conduct HR orientation for new-hired, etc…)
  • Build applicant sources and data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites…
  • The listing of main responsibilities and main duties are not necessarily exhaustive and may be changed at management discretion to reflect the needs of the corporate
