Mô tả công việc
· Manage, coordinate, and arrange administrative work including agendas, mail, calls, travel arrangements, travel-related activities, client management both professional and personal for CEO and VPs
· Perform administrative and office documentation support for Secretary Department, CEO and VPs
· Organize and storage paper-based legal documents and board papers
· Documents translation and cross-checking contract before submitting to CEO and VPs for signage.
· Organize team communications and plan events (Management Retreat, Top Management Gathering)
· Follow up and process payments for Secretary Department , CEO and VPs following a high standard of confidentiality and the company’s policy/ budgeting
· Fengshui preparation and follow up with BU Head
· Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
· Other general administrative assigned by Secretary Executive, CEO and VPs
Yêu cầu công việc
· Female with minimum 1 year of proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
· Good at English (both spoken & written)
· Outstanding communication abilities
· Integrity and confidentiality
· Ability to work under high pressure
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Degree in business administration or relative field
· Proficient in MS Office
