Job Description:

- Recruitment:

• Participate in searching CV with different tool (headhunt, manually)
• Screen and short-list curriculum vitas of candidates;
• Contact and arrange interviews with candidates;
• Prepare test and evaluation form for related interview;
• Call candidate and Prepare Offer letter and Labour contract for new staff;
• Update New staff progress (after probation or promotion)
• Manage personnel filing: create file for new staff and keep updated current staff’s records;

- Internal HR:

• In charge of all staff procedure such as creating E-leave account, granting Company card access;
• Collaborate with sub-regional HR team to update information/policy to Hochiminh Office.
