1. Main duties: To be responsible for maintaining and developing:

- Channel Strategy

- Product assortment by channel

- Customer Promotion Plan (CPP) or Joint Business Plan (JBP)

- Focus Customer (Retailer & Shopper)

- Sales Analysis by Channels

- Demand & Forecast by Brands by Channels

- Inventory Allocation

- Distribution Scorecard

2. Key role and responsibility

Financials

- In conjunction with Trade Marketing Director, Lead in the development of the Trade Marketing Strategy and Execution to achieve defined business objectives across all brands and channels

- Contribute to the Company’s goals and objectives improving market share, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

- Activate KEY BRAND portfolio at retail 52 weeks per year securing incremental out of aisle and ad feature space, while creating sell through demand through integrated marketing activities.

- Ensure alignment across the Sales and Marketing Go to Market plan sales needs and marketing initiatives.

Relationship Management & Business Planning

- Customize Go to Market Strategy by Channels by Accounts in support with Key Account Manager

- Product Assortment by Brand, Channel & Accounts.

- Act as single point of contact between MKD, GTMT and Marketing in implementation of effective Trade Marketing strategy and promotion plans for key accounts: develop, present and execute planned promotions activities. Promotion shall incorporate VTA National Programs and Customer centric programs

- To consolidate plans for all brand for trade sharing and selling to customers

- Work in conjunction with Marketing department to formulate the trade promotion programs.

- Formal quarterly business review process with key retailer

- Work closely with Marketing on Demand planning & sales forecast by Channels by Accounts

- Distribution Scorecard by Brand by Channels by Accounts

- Ad-Hoc promotion or activation to drive POS

- Work hand in hand with sales team to drive sales for respective retailers and ensure plan executed. Track promotion effectiveness via Pre & Pos tracking

Category Management

- Sales Analysis by Brands by Channels improving sell-out performance

- Track Top skus performance by brand. Ensuring penetration skus are widely distributed in respective channel.

- Ensure the execution of the marketing plan with key accounts in a timely manner.

- Implement key store drivers (range, space, promotion and display), working with store planning teams where applicable. Ensure appropriate approvals in place for planograms, end caps, display stands and feature areas/ special events as negotiated with buyers.

- Participate in regular local Sales and Marketing meetings

Others

- Generating sales forecast/analysis and market insights reports on product trend development

- Manage, train and develop effective team of key focus brand

Yêu cầu công việc

- University or Degree graduate in relevant discipline

- Minimum 5 years in FMCG//Retail Sales and/or Trade Marketing Management

- Multi-sku/ multi brand sales experience in the local market
