Trợ lý Giám đốc (Executive Assistant)
Mô tả công việc
• Assist the MD and the project team(s) in preparing documents that are required for the projects/deals of LIDE Connexion, including investment deck/teaser, information memorandum, etc.,
• Assist the MD and the project team(s) in doing desktop market research and survey and other logistics activities,
• Prepare the draft agreements between LIDE Connexion and its clients, business partners and subcontractors and debit notes for the projects/deals by using existing templates, coordinate with the accountant to issue invoices and then follow up on the payments,
• Assist the MD in managing the bank accounts of LIDE Connexion Vietnam companies and prepare the TT orders upon the MD’s request,
• Work with travel agents and hotels in arranging business trips for the MD and/or the project team(s) and/or any events sponsored or hosted by LIDE Connexion, and
• Other tasks as the MD may assign from time to time.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Holding a bachelor’s degree.
- Graduated from banking/finance university will be an added advantage.
- Must have growth mindset and self-learning ability,
- Must be very good at using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and
- Have good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English in all four skills.
- No experience is required.
