- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team, designer and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
- Main: Follow the job of Sales engineer, Sales admin.
- Sub: Research and develop new customer in case by case.
* Responsibilities:
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team.
- Responsibility for “New product plan”, 4M2S, ECO…
- Check quotation, FAI, drawing, BOM, Norm…
- Make KPI, daily, monthly reports to manager.
- In charge of Sales Engineer job in case by case.
- Follow request from Manager
- Control and follow-up ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
* Relationships and Roles:
* Internal / External Cooperation
Insures that all Sales meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
- Delegate’s authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
- Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Sales to build motivation and selling skills.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated in technical university or related to.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales field. Fluent in English & Japanese
- Experience with enterprise solutions and large, complex organizations.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel and work in other team of professionals.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
