Mô tả công việc
- Handle export/import shipments fr/to Vietnam according to all given requirements and rules & regulations externally as well as internally.
- Liaise with booking team to secure space & arrange flight.
- Check with subcontractor for the best cost.
- Update cargo & documents status to customers and destination team.
- Checking and issuing all related docs for outbound & inbound shipment.
- Good knowledge about services information to provide best offers to customers.
- Solve problems with Airlines, Carriers, oversea Agents, Customers.
- Input all required data on the system and update it.
- Tracing/Updating and cooperate with worldwide agent network to handle shipments smoothly.
- Report to management in form of daily updates and proper accurate weekly/monthly report.
- Doing other works if required. Job Requirement - Bachelor degree in economics or related fields.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Over 2 years experience working at Hanoi office / Forwarding - Logistics company.
- Good command of English.
- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
- Have strong organizational, grammar and communication skills.
