Mô tả công việc

• Assists the office maintenance and daily administrative organization and activities including document control.
• Delivers the clerical support to the department and Company Management
• Records and manages the office stationeries and office supplies, places orders for usage and properly report the status
• Schedules meetings and appointments, assists travel arrangements, booking air tickets, manage drivers’ schedule and other supports to the visitors/guests
• Properly arranges, files of department documents/contracts in both hard and soft files in relation to department activities. Ensures the accessible and well organized database system
• Arrange for guests and visitors to the office, assists with meeting schedules
• Translates and support the translation or management of incoming/outgoing correspondence
• Records and codes for the new fixed assets. Manages and properly reports the status of existing fixed assets
• Assists the arrangement and organization of company meetings and events
• Prepares necessary statutory, entertainment and labor compliance reports as assigned by the Manager
• Supports in answering incoming phone calls in the unavailability of the receptionist.
• Looks for, gathers the information about potential suppliers, vendors for the need of office procurement and submits accurate and timely reports
• Prepare payment requests, supports the management of office budget
• Performs others duties assigned by the department Manager and Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College or University degree
• Possesses good communications skills in English (both written and verbal as Conversational business level and able to communicate using basic grammar and vocabularies) and be computer literate
• Fresh graduate to maximum 2 years of work experience in similar role
• Hard work, be responsible and good organization skills
• Innovative and creative, able to perform multi tasks, work in high pressure and a multi-cultural working environment.
