Tuyển Assistant Manager (Sales Promotion & Events)

* Sales marketing
- Focus on creation, implementation and coordination of the customer marketing plan in terms of initiating idea, merchandising, pricing, insuring alignment with overall sales objectives.
- Be in charge to coordinate with all internal functions and liaise with relevant authority to launch the promotion program.
- Require close communication with sales, finance, and purchasing functions tosense business conditions and trends and must accurately track activities and data.
- Primarily be responsible for the development, deployment, evaluation, and reconciliation of promotion budget.
- Maintain excellent relationships with partners to promote the campaign/program; Work closely with bank partner for the implementation and communication of marketing programs in bank partner transaction points and communication channels.
- Contribute to Distribution Internal Communications to enforce distribution culture and engagement, update of the new policies, procedure, sales incentives, event, sales kit,..; promote partnership..
- Co-ordinate with relevant departments like DS on handling the gifts and vouchers for schemes/contests
- Co-ordinate with channel heads BSDs, RSMs, DoA for the requirement of marketing materials, POSM etc. across BIDV branches and Agency offices
- Maintain proper record of quantity of POSM, brochures, marketing collaterals created, distributed and used by the sales teams across channels
- Conduct market research and gather information on the sales promotion schemes used by competition
* Event Management and Other related
- Organize events like Kick-off, Mid-year review, etc. for both agency and bancas channel.
- Oversee all sales events like ICM meetings, reviews
- Contact point for creative idea & material development for brochure, sales kit, standees, POSM
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in Marketing or business
- At least 4 years of experience as a marketing professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking, Sales oriented mind-set
- High-energy millennial, can-do attitude. Results-oriented, with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Excellent English and Vietnamese writing and communication skills.
- The insurance marketing executive must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and be creative with digital and conventional modes of communication
