* Planning
- Develop an overall marketing plan for the brand
- Plan brand positioning strategy and market penetration
- Monitor and update the development of brands (brand strengths, sales, market share) and build appropriate marketing programs.
- Planning and implementing brand identification activities at the point of sale
- Communication orientation for Ngoc Troi brand
* Budget management
- Planning a Brand Marketing budget at the request of the Director
- Managing Brand Marketing budgets
* Monitoring Brand Marketing activities/ sales support programs
- Monitor marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product strategy
- Participate in developing standards of brand image
- Managing the consistency of brand programs in accordance with the brand identity of the Group products
- Implementing a brand promotion plan to achieve the goals of increasing brand identity, increasing customer trust, increasing brand strength for Loc Troi Rice products.
- Browse the content and images to ensure the image of Ngoc Troi brand when put out
- Monitor and analyze the business results of brand products periodically, interactively, capture business performance to build timely support solutions with sales and trade marketing teams
* Market analysis and research
- Analyze the market to locate brands and identify insight of target customers
- Market research to identify segments, brand positioning, understanding target customers; analyze and evaluate the value of brands compared to competitors
- Implement feedback collection activities from the market, analyze market research reports, target consumer behavior, sales to capture growth opportunities, and identify Risks can affect brand sales and market share
* Evaluate the effectiveness
- Monitoring, synthesizing and evaluating the effectiveness of each brand marketing program in each period and each time
- Determine the establishment of evaluation indicators to measure marketing campaign effectiveness
- Provide remedies when incidents occur

- Graduated from university majoring in Marketing
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
- Team working skills
- The ability to manage and allocate budgets
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with and an understanding of market research
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns.
- At least 05 years of equivalent position experience in the field of FMCG.
- Accepting business and working experience in the agricultural environment with farmers.
