  • Coordinate with various aspects to optimise the delivery of the items to customer. This includes the liaison with other departments, RSC, CSC, other Festo companies and logistic forwarders.
  • Handle shipment arrival and custom clearance.
  • Handling certificate preparation which is Country of Origin(COO), Certificate of Quality (CQ), packing list, copy of custom declaration and warranty.
  • Handle CN, Service & Repair, warranty claim (ICM).
  • Handle customer contract.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the stock records held for inbound, outbound & return stocks.
  • Submission of invoices from suppliers / forwarding agents to finance department.
  • Stock replenishment, back order checking via SAP and parts scrapping.
  • Liaise with other departments to gather information to resolve customer issues.
  • Monitor Local forwarder performance to ensure meet the delivery targets.
  • Daily updating of shipment report from local forwarders and communicate on daily logistic issues.
  • Prepare inbound and outbound shipping documentations and relevant agency requirements to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
  • Prepare arrival shipment report to sales team.
  • Involve in both official and/or ad-hoc physical stock count activities for internal and external parties.
  • Involve in testing for the new system implementation.
  • Lead training, hiring, appraisal, career development and enrichment of the team.
  • Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.
  • Actively participates in all continuous improvement activities in logistics.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor degree in related fields (Foreign Trade, International Business, Import-Export)
  • Language Skills: strong spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
  • Have at least 3 year experience in Customer service or logistic related and at least 1 year in supervisor/manager position
  • Experiences working cross border in South East Asia is much appreciated
  • Competencies: Openness and Flexibility, Toughness, Communication and Team working.
