Mô tả công việc
- Obtain good understanding of company’s products, manufacturing processes and work procedures
- Process on customer’s request and work closely with related departments to have the most cost - effective pricing.
- Review and submit timely quotation to customer.
- Follow up orders from beginning to end; ensure all necessary information is well communicated and understood.
- Take good care of all other requests from customers
- Manage customer visits/ meetings
- Build customer’s relationship and customer database
- Approach new customers and explore new opportunities
- Responsible for achieving personal sales target
- Update weekly report on sales to Manager
- Deal with customer complaints
- Follow work procedure strictly and maintain documents as required by ISO system
- Maintain 5S daily and comply to company regulation
- Support Accounting in following up payments
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
* Education Background:
- Bachelor degree, preferred in Marketing, Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Administration
* Working experience:
- Experiences as B2B sales or Customer Service will be an advantage
* Foreign language:
- English fluency in 4 skills is required
* Computer skill:
- Word, Excel, Email, Internet, Power Point
