Mô tả công việc
1. Reception:
- Receive phone calls and transfer quickly to related person with customer oriented and professional way
- Warmly welcome guest and instruct them to the related person in charge with customer oriented and professional way
- Coordinate with Housekeeping Team for office supplies & cleaning. Supervise them to make sure office are always tidy and neat
2. Administrations:
- Settle all problems relating to phones, fax, electricity systems, office equipment (with IT team) to ensure the company operations are not disturbed
- Advise Operations Manager of any losses, sale or movement of company assets and ensure professional office management
- Assist in purchase order & request
- In charge of meeting room bookings, parking cards registration and access cards.
- In charge of HR payments of transportation/ hotel & fight/ telephone/ office supplies
- Ensure all reports on office expenses submitted on time and accuracy
- Join HR team on HR & company activities
- Follow the rules and standards of EHS management system
3. Timesheet record
- Extract data of time recorder
- Record documents related to the timesheet
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor in Business Administration/ English
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR/Admin
- Excellent management skills and ability to schedule priorities
- Mature, energetic, careful, outward & pleasant personality with result orientation
- Professionalism in appearance and attitude.
