Administrative task:
+ Responsible for the day to day organization of the site administrative and organizational tasks, secretarial functions, general affairs, assistance to the general manager and other managers.
+ Handling secretarial duties, reception, telephone and mail and parcel traffic, office and general administration.
+ Draws up, in consultation with the superiors, letters, statements, reports, presentations, etc. And finishes them in terms of lay-out, spelling, etc.
+ Assistance to management in practical matters, general affairs and administration.
+ Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors and relations, cleaning and housekeeping services.
+ Organizations of meetings, business trips, hotel and flight bookings, catering, lunches.
+ Arrangement of special events and occasions, in cooperation with the site President and the HR officer.
Network task:
-Participating in developing guidelines / regulations for network operation management
- Managing standard data of Leasing, Construction, equipment, furniture, construction materials and materials
- Receiving information about the operation of the PSO / SIP / Booth
- Cooperate with other units to resolve troubles, problems, support proposals of SIP, Booth
- Prepare reports on the operation of the network system at the request of managers and company's leadership
- Managing legal records, records of the lease rental of SIP, Booth
- Coordinating, managing construction projects, implementation of PSO, SIP, Booth projects across the system

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least Bachelor degree in any field
- At least 5 year experience in related field especially have experience in setting up new branches/transaction offices
- Preferably manager in purchasing, renovation, administration, GA or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English communication
- Strong organizational, detailed and analytical skills
- Computer literate and knowledge of computer system
- Strong communication and inter-personality skills
