Mô tả công việc
- Co-ordinate with Department Head to plan for training for key positions.
- Formulate and conduct orientation and induction program for new hires to ensure company culture, rules and regulations are communicated and delivered.
- Manage and control all training records & database.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc...
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc...
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Merit & Performance: Assist HR Manager in completing the process of Employee Performance Evaluation annually.
- Responsible for attendance & payroll calculation for all staff.
- Manage all employee benefits program.
- Supervise HR Executive to perform procedures regarding to Labor Contract, Social Insurance, Trade Union, Labor Report, Personal Income Tax.
- Follow up on any issues related to employment and labor issues and resolve problems.
- Employee Engagement: Organize teambuilding and other activities to motivate employees, create good working environment to enhance teamwork spirit and co-operation from staff to achieve target.
- Planning & Budgeting: Assist HR Manager in HR planning for following year based on company strategy. Propose & manage the approved budget of HR/Admin to be effectively spent for a year.
- Assist HR Manager to implement effective Occupational, Health, Safety activities to make sure they are compliance with the government and ALNA regulations & policies.
- Monitor and update the Company’s organization chart.
- Develop administration policy and procedures.
- Implement and execute the company rules & regulations to all employees.
- Ensure office remains in tidy and orderly manner.
- Control of Office equipment, Office supplies and stationery.
- Liaise with governmental authorities to solve all matters related to the office.
- Support other department activities as required.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by HR Manager and General Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor of HR Management, Business Administration.
- At least 4-year experience of HR-related tasks in foreign companies.
- Good understanding of insurance procedure with Vietnamese Labor Code and insurance law, PIT law.
- Good understanding of employee relation issues like Disciplinary, Absence, Performance & Development, Redundancy, etc...
- Hardworking, Flexible & organized skills, Friendly, Reliable, Independent, Considerate & Self-motivated personality.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Good command of English.
- Competence at Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Power point).
- Good communication and organization.
- Strong teamwork ethic.
