• Developing and continously improving company’s policies and regulations
• Setting up employee assessment & performance review on a monthly/annual basis, KPI, ...
• Managing, including making, keeping track and following up employees’ work profile documents (list of employees, probationary contract, labour contract)
• Implementing profile for social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance for all employees
• Taking charge of pay grade, pay scale and benefit policies
• Performing other administrative jobs requested by the Board
• Preparing paperwork (circular/ decision letter....) as requested by the manager.
• Identifying training needs & provide training accordingly

Yêu cầu công việc

- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently
- Strong at developing procedures in place regarding employee conduct
- University degree.
- At least 04-06 years in HR field (previously working in large-sized companies is a plus).
- Good verbal and written English skills, TOEIC score: 800 or above
- Personality: thorough, detailed-oriented, conscientious.
