- Planning recruitment, training, human resource development periodically year, quarter, month.
- Building HR Policy, training program & Career development for CNV company.
- Propose-build and organize the implementation of the company's organizational structure.
- Evaluate employee Work efficiency.
- Establishing an annual HR budget.
- Counsel for the general DIRECTOR on the construction of salary regulations, rewards, welfare regime, incentives - stimulate workers to Work, perform the regime for employees as prescribed.
- Propose, draft & to build the system of regulations, procedures, regulations for the company and to supervise the implementation of such laws.
- Organize and manage the office equipment, infrastructure.
- Carry out procedures with foreign workers (VISA, Work Permit,...).
- Support other Department in Personnel management and is a bridge between the general DIRECTOR and the laborer in the company.
- Support for the relevant departments on staff training, recruitment of personnel...
Yêu cầu công việc
- Female/Male 35 - 45 years old.
- Bachelor degree in human resources management, law, business administration, State administrative management.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Internet, Powperpoint, Microsoft Project.
- Skill: Read, write-good English or Chinese, guaranteed to serve the job.
- At least 5 years of experience in human and administrative management; Or at least 2 years experience in the equivalent position.
- Good knowledge of law and the decree on Labour in Vietnam.
