- Take care of Social, Health and Unemployment insurances.
- Update labor law, trade union law and other work related to the laws. Records the changes, report the update to HR & Office manager to make sure our company is compliance with the law.
- Prepare all types of HR relating reports to the Labor office and other authorities of the Government base on requirements.
- Coordinate & dealing with the issues relating to Trade Union.
- Social activities: Together with HR Manager and other HR & Admin colleagues in taking care all social and extra activities of the company.
- Update checklist and arrange for training standard programs of the company as necessary.
- Introduction / provide the existing & new employees with information about Company policy, working condition, company regulation, how to use forms, application, etc.
- Update personal information and do filing with maintaining confidentiality records, information of the employees.
- Propose & develop staff activities in order to build up strong and positive working environment.
- Collect information relating to training planning & training requirements. Assistant to HR Manager in build up training plan and organize them.
- Support HR Manager in HR strategies regarding to the short & long - term development of the employees base on HR standard programs of the company.
• Plan, organize and control the administration function of the company.
• Oversees office maintenance
• Manage and process payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
• Managing part-time staffs and interns
• Any other work as prescribed by the management in any location.
- In charging for office internal recruitment, promoting/searching for candidates, screening CVs, arranging interview for managers; following-up all the procedures with the candidates
Yêu cầu công việc
- Vietnamese nationality, Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management.
- At least 4 years of experience with the same position in foreign companies.
- Good understanding of insurance procedure with Vietnamese Labor Code and and insurance law.
- Good understand employee relation issues like Disciplinary, Absence, Performance & Development, Redundancy, etc.
- Hardworking, Flexible & organized skills, Friendly, Reliable, Independent, Considerate & Self-motivated personality
- Good English, good skills of Microsoft office programs.
