  • Review, refine and operate our talent acquisition/recruitment processes and procedures covering full time as well as part time staff.
  • Strengthen our corporate branding minded towards recruitment.
  • Improve our talent development including implementation of career development plans.
  • Develop succession planning.
  • Professionalize and optimize HR processes and procedures related recruitment and talent development.
  • Resume responsibility for selected strategic HR initiatives.
  • Support HR team including HR and Administration Manager with operational and managerial tasks.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial/supervisor role within HR.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the recruitment and training field.
  • Mass recruitment for technical positions.
  • Recruiting market, methodologies, tech solutions for recruitment.
  • Building talent pipelines that align with workforce planning and organizational goals.
  • Experience developing a learning organization.
  • Leading and guiding team members on recruitment and training.
  • Working with international and preferably large-scale production set-ups is prefer.
  • Communication skills hereunder English.
  • Team player as well as promoting a motivating team spirit.
  • University degree and above in HRM/Business Administration/Law/Economics or English.
