Mô tả công việc
- Understand business strategies and organization challenges of the partnered functions and enable to build an integrated HR plan to support business through HR core activities and operations (performance management, talent development, culture & change leader, etc...).
- Propose ideas to improve strategies, policies and human resource management prcesses.
- Ensure and control the implementation of labor regulations and collective labor agreements Drive all assigned HR KPIs to deliver short/ medium/ & long-term strategies.
- Involved in recruiting processes ranging from coordinate to provide qualified candidates. Interviewing candidates, sharing feedbacks after interviews, arranging on-board welcoming, probation evaluating, conducting orientation, etc...
- Show care to new hired and follow up their on-boarding program until end of probation.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor/ Diploma degree of Business Administration or Law.
- From 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource and 3 year in Manager.
- Good communication skill and team work spirit.
- Can work well under stress.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Vietnamese.
- Leadership skills.
- Gender: Female.
- Age: 32 - 40.
