  • The successful candidate will mainly focus on recruitment process with full cycle of recruitment for both workers and staff which include of planning, advertising, sourcing and interviewing... and giving appropriate recommendations for hiring decision. Meanwhile, he/she will take lead in creating new employee caring programs and employee relation spectrum to keep high retention ratio.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and directly recruit positions
  • Maintain a systematic inventory of potential candidates for future retrieval and build up strong networks for current or future openings
  • Follow up and work closely with other departments to update system of job description, company and departmental organization chart periodically
  • Work with related departments to develop company-wide annual staffing budget
  • Conduct orientation training and factory tour for newcomers on the first working day as and when necessary and exist interviews
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource, or a relevant field
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Proven track of 3 year experience in recruiting senior level positions required
  • Solid experience providing training and staff development is a plus
